If you are interest in placing your child at Jellytots Playgroup, we are now accepting children’s registrations from Birth.
Please read our SEND Local Offer document beforehand. You will then need to complete our JELLYTOTS REGISTRATION FORM to register your interest and add your child to our waiting list.
Once your child has been offered a place we will ask you to complete the INDUCTION PACK along with your completed FUNDING FORM and bring it along with you, when you come to meet your child’s Key Worker.
